INSPECTION OF GOODS ON DELIVERY: KEY POINTS
- Carefully check all packages upon delivery. In case of anomalies (open or damaged) please accept the order subject to reservation of title (signing the 'subject to reservation' clause on the invoice) or, otherwise, open the parcel in front of the courier;
- Any shipping damage must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order. Any communication of damages resulting from transport and made after the specified amount of time will not be accepted.
- In case of unsuccessful delivery, the order will be returned to cuculab.it and delivery charges for returning not accepted goods will be deducted from the refund due.

DELIVERY TIME AND METHODS
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days if items are available (we will email you the estimated delivery date of out-of-stock items). If an item on the catalogue is due to arrive, customers can still add it to their shopping cart and place the order: they will be notified about the impossibility of confirming an exact delivery date.Once they become available, items will be sent to those customers who previously place an order, before reconfirming their availability on the catalogue. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNING GOODS
cuculab.it recognizes the right of withdrawal to all customers that for any reason are not satisfied with their purchase, as provided under current low, without penalty or obligation to give any reason. This right can be exercised by customers only, therefore the right is not recognised for purchases made for business or commercial purposes, precisely where a VAT reference number is provided in the order form. This right is exercisable within 10 working days of receiving goods and within which period customers must return the items and notify us by sending an email to  info@cuculab.it
Important:
In order for us to issue a refund, customers shall provide their current or postal account details (CIN Code, ABI Code, Account Number, Account Holder) within the email where they ask to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal customers shall:
• clearly state their intention of exercise the right of withdrawal.
• return the unwanted item unused, undamaged and in its original package, with any additional parts (if any).
• return the item within the time and with the methods described above. The delivery charges required to return items are borne by the consumer, in addition to the cash on delivery charges if the order was paid for in this way. The consumer will therefore have to notify their availability and a postal address in order for our courier to collect the goods.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, goods will be inspected to evaluate any damages or tampering not caused by shipment. After checking the integrity of the item(s) returned, we will refund the amount previously paid by bank transfer to the requested account. The due refund will only cover the product cost and it shall be issued within 30 days following the return of the items, which for the withdrawal right has been exercised.
Clients may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made on specifications or personalised or that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

BUYER OBLIGATION
The buyer shall not provide false, inaccurate or misleading information when completing the registration procedure required for activating and execute this contract and any further communication; contact details and email address shall only be the client's own and not third parties or even made up details. The buyer and/or client authorises Cucù Lab by Alessandra Saccani and agrees to provide, upon request, copies of valid identity documents. Failure to comply with such request authorises Cucù Lab by Alessandra Saccani to terminate the contract due to breach. The customer indemnifies Cucù Lab by Alessandra Saccani from and against any liability arising from incorrect tax document issuance due to errors related to false and/or wrong data provided by the Customer, being the Buyer the only one held responsible for registering and providing correct information. The Customer agrees, upon completion of the online purchasing process, to print and keep safe these general conditions, which shall have been already read and agreed.

CONTRACT TERMINATION AND EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
Cucù Lab by Alessandra Saccani may terminate the contract by simply notify the buyer and/or client for any valid and justifiable reason, in which case the customer will be entitled solely to reimbursement of the amount previously paid.
